But there's so much of it that I love and it's good for TV that this show exists (things like Mindy being self-conscious about her body for an episode, but then looking at her naked self in the mirror and liking what she sees was

@Olive cecile - Thanks for the response, there's truth to everything you said. Although Mindy (Kaling) seems to try to steer the conversation away from race, I think the show brings up a lot of interesting questions and these discussions are important.

@Olive - Yes! That was also off-putting. And I do realize that Mindy's world revolves around celebrity news and not *actual* news, but are we really to believe she doesn't know about Bin Laden?

While the Nick/Jess kiss was the best thing ever, I actually think this might've been hotter. Chris Messina is sexy, man.
