Things are different over here in many ways. We sign a privacy waiver for every little thing. We dont gripe about preauth funds hold when we pay for gas at the pump. We fought hard to not be part of Europe.

It must be incredibly frustrating to be a scientist in any field that is impacted by climate change. You know you and all your colleagues are right, and you have to every day listen to 1/3 to 1/2 of this country and more than 1/2 of the politicians spew bullshit about how climate change is a hoax.
