I never implied that LV didn't care if their product was counterfeited. From a design perspective, the difference between the quality of an original and a knock-off is obvious to someone who appreciates (and can afford) an original. Some brands design and manufacture items of such superior quality that a knock off is hardly considered an offense. A Louis Vuitton replica is pretty obvious.
