I am a "workshifter" and I frequently work in different locations (coffee shops, libraries, etc) so separation isn't a huge issue (only when working in the home office), but for tracking my time, I like the tool Toggl [www.toggl.com] .

I was able to get confidence and start solving real-world problems in my marketing department by starting with excel formulas, moving into VBA for excel, and finally into C# (.NET).

I find GoToMeeting the most compelling choice among the web collab softwares.

GoToMyPC is in my opinion, a superior product for functionality. It isn't free, but it is fast, reliable, flexible, and configurable. It streams desktop sound, and is very secure.

I love seeing info on Windows 7 - please bring more as you get it.

I would really like to see what this charting plug-in recommends, since I sometimes struggle conceptually with the best way to present data.
