@Good news, everyone!: You would have to DDOS Youtube, and I'm pretty sure they have servers that can handle that kinda stuff. Better luck next time...

@P3RF3CT D3ATH: Everything else? I only listed two entities and surely you can think of more than two uses for a computer. Everything else I can do on a Mac. To be honest, there are no Windows "apps" that I use that I can think of. Oh, yeah, and because I wanted one.

@P3RF3CT D3ATH: You're looking at the wrong guy because I use both. I use PCs for gaming or the occasional increasingly-rare Windows only application.

@nahde: I mean fanning and venting. My Mac rarely ever passes 2000 rpm and heat is only somewhat noticeable. Somini, Apple doesn't put their software in other computers because they want a hardware sale to go with it, and vice versa. That question could be asked about video game consoles and we don't worry about it.

@jamaicanmecrazy: I think you are mistaken. Maybe several hundreds less...

@ddhboy: Your last paragraph sums up Macs concerning games. They are perfect for everything but gaming, and even then they run well in Bootcamp.

@nahde: Although I'm not trying to make this my only point, how much will said laptop (assuming you are comparing this to a Macbook Pro) weigh? Generate heat? Look ugly (opinion :P)?

@jamaicanmecrazy: Ok guys, my bad. I shoulda known that's not measurable and it's my opinion. So yes, what I believe is that OS X is great enough that it's worth the extra money. The reason why many of you think Macs are expensive is because you want to max the specs out. YES Apple does over price for upgrading, and

@jamaicanmecrazy: OS X is better than Windows. Apple (brand) is more recognizable and attractive HP, Dell, Asus, etc. (brands) if you're in to that kind of stuff. Did you forget that? Sure some people like yourself don't value those sorts of things and look at hard statistics like actual cost. But you have to be

Anybody remember the level in Reach with the Brute DJ? How appropriate...

Did he really say that last part?

I knew that rescue capsule looked familiar...

Owen, are you an NBA/basketball fan? I loved the article and your enthusiasm for the sport and league. You really highlighted the greatness of 2k11 and I love playing it.

@mean_mr_mustard: Yeah, but not teams, more like just playable characters. I think you can make them into a team if you want though (Blacktop mode).

This is why I love Bungie and, dare I say, Microsoft. They give us three new maps for less overall money instead of suckering us into buying old maps we don't want anymore. Guys, this is a great value because of that fact and the game isn't broken so you can play the maps for a long time.

@Owen Good: Yep, that's where most of the celebrities are accessible.

NBA 2K games have regularly had cheat codes but they've never been on this level of cheating. They've been like "unlock the ABA ball" and the "Visual Concepts Basketball Team" so it's a step up definitely.
