The real problem is that ads are not only annoying, they are malware. They track you, the have malware JavaScript, some of then use exploits to infect you. Recently Snowden stated that blocking ads is the only responsible thing to do, and he is right.

Your post illustrates one of the big problems women have. If they get somewhere, it’s because a man was white knighting for them or to make up some diversity quota or get some positive PR. Your post proves the problem exists.

If you don’t fit in the seat with the one in front reclined, maybe you should upgrade to a bigger seat. Tall people tend to earn more anyway. Or just complain about the small seats to the airline.
