The bills are terrible, but saying they’re difficult/impossible to enforce is a weak argument. I don’t have officers sitting in my house to ensure I don’t murder anyone, either, but that doesn’t mean it can’t (or shouldn’t be) illegal. Lots of things are against the law that aren’t enforced in a real-time manner.
