No, he's probably going to play Earth 1 Harrison Wells now at least for part of the season, since obviously if Eobard never alters the Timeline and loses his powers by killing Nora he'll never have had a reason to kill him and take his place

I think Eddie will be back for the Flashpoint part of the season but once the timeline is "fixed" and Eobard is dead AGAIN (I mean im sure their will be alterations like Supergirl probably being folded in because craziness) he'll be dead again sadly.

They can always bring him back later or something, even if he's not a total regular.
