“Clearly owners of trademarks have a legal imperative to protect them, lest they lose them and their brand becomes recognized as generic”

The cheapest price per lego you can get is the lego art hogwarts crest which is 120 dollars for 4249 (According to a cursory google search). Assuming more pieces = cheaper price per piece I think the hogwarts crest set works as a guide for an imaginary set this large. Anyways the price by this metric would be $18,748.2…
But why does it benefit marvel for it to be a Sony published game and not published by some other publisher that would not necessarily restrict who can play it.
cool, I did not know that. I guess I just assumed those games followed the regular formula and failed to consider how making a lego game (or lego expansion) for a lego movie would necessarily change things from a general style perspective.
I wonder if TT games considered following the style of the Lego movies when they made the new games. I remember people lauding the fact that those movies treated the minifigures (and everything else) like real toys, i.e., they could only bend in ways that made sense and had slight damages to their exteriors.
I wonder if they focused on titan worms to coincide with the release of another worm based piece of media releasing in the next couple days
Markiplier actually landed a shot on a Marauder with the BFG in a preview gameplay he did with the director of the game, Hugo Martin.
