There is a large amount of established law where a racial, sexual or religious exception can not be imposed on a protected group as a customer. However, age is not considered a protected group or surcharges and exclusions made by car rental companies, hotels, airlines and any number of other services would be also

The gay couple who wanted a cake could have literally gone 100 feet down the street and purchased one there, but they took that to the Supreme Court.

WELL HE CAN JUST GO TO A DIFFERENT BAKERY.

I see Ru’s initial point in a way. At what point are you not doing drag anymore because you are a woman? But I also understand everyone else.

I don’t think he is being unreasonable here at all. He accepts trans people and welcomes them. But it really is different when they start formal transition when its a drag competition. And, yes, there are always going to be blurry lines about when a transition really starts. Because gender is not a black and white

How is she changing poopie diapers with two-inch nails?!?

I am suspicious of this list insofar as there a couple joints on it near me that I am pretty sure are owned and operated by dudes.

I wonder if Infowars could actually afford hosting all their drival or if they’d have to cut content/increase income in some way.

Infowars et al should host their own fucking drivel on their own site then...YouTube doesn’t have to host anyone’s shit.

Did you read about Jones’ custody trial? His lawyer had to admit in court that Jones was a “performance artist”, so his show couldn’t be used as evidence that he’s a psychopath. They know they aren’t a legitimate news org, but they know there is a demographic of morons willing to pay them money for claiming they are.

You seem to think posting videos on website owned by a private company is is a right and they have to let you do it ....

These people really love their “free speech” catch-all. You’d think they’d learn what it actually means one of these days.

And they’re free to do that. Youtube, however, as a private company, has no obligation to provide the means for them to do it. It’s their house, they set the rules, if you don’t like it you can host your shit somewhere else.
