Yeah we're notorious for having hectic vacations. We've got 2 young kids, so the drive/flight is always a hassle. Then, once we get there, we feel like we need to do a lot of things so the kids have good takeaway experiences. Of course, they're under 3, so how much are they remembering anyway?

For me, I wish I had known that house todo items aren't like other todo items. House issues typically get worse over time. Wet basements, leaks, etc. Waiting defintiely makes things worse (and more expensive.

You've proven my point exactly. The problem is that you have FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLAR LOAN. You and millions of others. The problem is not interest rates, it's that people would need a $50,000 loan to make it through school. Lowering the interest rate doesn't make that principle amount any less absurd.
