Wordpad is good when you want to probe a weird/unknown file in plain text that is “large” b/c it doesn’t load the whole file like Notepad does. Anything over a few MB makes Notepad struggle to open, whereas Wordpad only loads as you scroll. I have lots of files from the early 90s that don’t open properly anymore, but…

I’ve been eyeing this game for years. I’m a massive Rimworld fan and kept reading it would scratch that same itch.  Finally picked it up yesterday and I’m already obsessed. I’m not even out of the tutorials yet.

OMG this is heartbreaking. I’ve followed Mike for a decade and was incredibly saddened when his initial health setback occurred.  I too was hoping to a grand comeback.  RIP.

I really do hope they get it sorted out. The game is a lot of fun on PC and it's a shame others have lost the opportunity to enjoy it.
