When I'm reviewing accomplishments (or being evaluated on my own), one thing I look for is measurable results. This might be hard to translate in some fields, but at least in mine (engineering), you can usually do it.

Sometimes it looks like "improved performance of AAA by BBB%" or "Mentored ### individuals and

I still use my original Mach3 handle, which I bought in high school around 1996.

Man, I had this idea years ago. I called it Shazam for people. Another million dollars, out the window :-/

To add, yes the total cost of interest is significant over the life of a loan, but the life of the loan is determined by the principle, not the interest rate. Loans take forever to pay off b/c people are owing tens of thousands of dollars. That's the real problem.

Hah noticed the same thing! So similar ...

This is extremely similar to SnapSort (http://snapsort.com/compare) ... eerily similar. Did they merge? I'm a big fan of that site. CameraRocket seems to have a very slick presentation, which is a plus.

Pleased that I incorrectly predicted that I'd see a bunch of comments on handwashing. Way to go LF.

here's an idea: just do it anyway.

When I read resumes, I'm looking for keywords. Most resumes that cross my desk are engineering-related, so I'm looking for keywords to narrow that down. What kind of procedures, equipment, software, and industries have you worked in? Too many resumes are vague and generalized; "good communication skills" is the
