Okay, now I'm a bit confused. I understand that the faster you go, the slower time is for you, but if the person on the train sees light go to him faster than the person standing outside the train...what exactly does that imply? And what meaning does it have at all?

I believe they said that the higher the speeds, the slower times goes. That's why Einstein said that if you were to go faster than the speed of light, you would go back in time, but at the same time, eh stated it was impossible to pass the speed of light, or even reach it.
