But then Honda gave us the Type R and it was too overstyled. I’d rather have something pretty subtle and not even that bad looking as opposed to crazy angles that companies like BMW and Honda are giving us nowadays. We can never be satisfied. If the Falcon XR8 came over from down under we would find things to complain

The 25-year import law can truly, TRUULLY, go and fuck itself.

Welcome dude! Great seeing a black writer here! Black student studying EECS for automotive eng in college and have been on here for quite a while so when you talk about reading a bunch of articles and magazines when you were younger and planning your own car company, that’s basically me right now and a few years

    First Gear:

I really enjoy NASCAR and NASCAR history. I am also more a stick and ball sports guy but I found Nascar through the old Speed channel. I loved watching Monster Jam when I was younger and Nascar and Lucas Oil Racing tournaments were usually on after Monster Jam and I’d stay to watch. In the past 2 or so years I went

It honestly doesn’t look too bad. In fact the front is smoother than the other GMC and Chevy trucks. It actually looks like a Hummer. And I doubt people will care that much like you said. It has a removable roof!

It just sucks that for how gigantic it is, you still needed the tailgate down to fit the Changli. Whereas Tracy’s J10 did the job perfectly. 6-foot beds just irritate me for some reason, especially when I see them on huge crew-cabs. They’re just a large SUV with its D-pillar and roof removed.

Wtf is up with VW SUV names. Taos, Tharu, Tiguan, Touareg, Taigun, Touran.

How many of these goodbyes have I read in the last year alone?!! :’(((

Volvo does Mercedes better than Mercedes minus sales volume. Exquisite, beautiful, luxurious, featureful, comfortable, safe, (generally) reliable, and clearly upper-class.

The 1GR-FE is ancient, bad road noise, terrible gas mileage, pretty slow. I couldn’t spend that kind of money for my family daily driver. Interior options aren’t that great either. Sure it’s interesting, but not sporty. The Telluride. Palisade, and CX-9 are way better options.

Nevermind, found your work on artstation. Using Blender, PS, and Keyshot, as expected. Great work!

This looks sick! What software did you use to make it?

As a person in the “prime demographic” for this type of car, I’d pay 4,5 maybe 5 tops. It’s 20 years old and has 130k miles. It’s not legendary nor is it a collector’s item. Its just a well-maintained, kinda fun, simple car.

New Yorker here extremely jealous of this thread.

Exactly! It’s always very interesting to ask non-car people about their vehicle and why they chose it. It adds so much perspective to why that person has that car as opposed to hurrdur bRoWn MaNuAl DiEsEl WaGoN. It’s also interesting to see the relationship between that person and their non-enthusiast car. Where you

Ok, I kinda give the Mustang and Audi a pass because the sequential tail lights always look cool to me. BUT I still think they could be improved by putting that feature on separate amber taillights and leaving the brake lights as brake lights.

Fuuuccckk I can’t stand this too! it’s so terrible! I cringe anytime I see the entire brake light fucking indicate. WHYYYYY?

The manual will hopefully make this a great drift machine. Let’s see what Daigo Saito and the D1GP boys can do to this! The 350z was a great drift car. Hope it returns to that! :)

    Hey, how are ya!
