the thing is, all Kim has at this point is suspicions that Jimmy is behaving unethically. She doesn't 'know' it was slippin jimmy who shook down the guitar store, or any inkling that he manipulated the sandpiper case. she's too busy to give it much thought.

I hope you're right, but I'm not confident. I'm thinking the way those devious show runners and writers think. their job is to deliver trouble. conflict. heartache. I don't think things are not going to turn out well for Kim.
