I thought Insurrection was one of the best TNG movies, frankly. The premise was quite plausible when you consider the greed of our own “leaders”, and how far they might go to cover up their crimes. The fact that Data, out of everyone, recognizes what’s truly happening and will risk everything to save the community

So funny you should mention JarJar because I actually loved his character, and especially his adorable speech patterns. I’ve never understood why he gets bashed so much. After all, C3PO was the constant source of comic relief in the original movies, and no one minded that. So what, exactly, was the problem with JarJar?

Just an FYI from a TOS fan who was watching it when TOS was still putting out new episodes...

(I’d come from a very difficult childhood,

You’re making me want to find Voyager on Netflix or Hulu or wherever it is available these days and binge watch the whole series once again!! I haven’t seen it since the reruns ended.

I was also a big “Lost In Space” fan. I wanted to BE Penny Robinson, lol. She was smart, funny, pretty (especially before the short haircut - I’d always wanted long hair, but my mother insisted on short cuts, and worse... perms!!), and the older sister I wished I had. In fact, I very seriously wanted to legally change
