You can say “Not Interested,” but yeah, it would be nice if it was easier.

In an ideal world, that would’ve been true. But, sadly, that was not the case. Plenty of people who criticized the film were labeled as sexists, even when they didn’t complain about the leads being women.

I think he means it’s like Ghostbusters 2016 in that, like that film, a lot of legitimate criticism is being drowned out by claims of being a sexist/racist. The GB16 trailers were terrible, but when people pointed that out, they were called sexists simply because they didn’t like it. Strawmaning on a massive scale. A

Or at least a more cartoon-y lighting style. The Bombermen and the environments are fairly well designed, but the lighting is too realistic. Toning down on the shadows, or even going full-on cel-shaded, would have suited the game better.

Most of the characters in this part of JoJo are Japanese, though.

It really just depends on how you drop it and the individual unit itself. For example, I had an iPhone 4S for about 4 years, and neither the front or back were cracked at any point. Meanwhile, other people who had the same model cracked their screens within months of getting the phones.

Funny, never heard anything about story changes. Seems that 99% of the discussion about “censorship” in Tokyo Mirage Sessions was about the costumes. You’re literally the first person I’ve ever seen bring up any story changes.

That’s what they say, but then they never actually complain about non-sexy costume-related changes. Sure, they’ll whine if there’s no dual audio, but they don’t seem to mind if the dialogue itself heavily changed in translation. They claim to want the most authentic experience possible, but all they seem to care about

Every game is changed in localization. Cultural references, character names, even the tone of the voice acting can change dramatically when a game comes to the West. Somehow, that’s fine, but changing a character’s outfit is too far? Fuck off. You want the original so bad? Learn Japanese and import.

When your standard for “good” is the fucking Godfather, then yeah, no shit other movies aren’t gonna live up to that.

I’m not blaming his subscribers. I’m blaming Felix for not understanding his subscribers or his status on YouTube.

But in all seriousness, I agree that in addition to the kids that make up Pewdiepie’s fanbase, there’s also probably a lot of people who are just using this opportunity to attack people. I mentioned Neistat above, but there’s probably just as many people using the outrage to attack Jacksepticeye and other people.

The vast majority of Pewdiepie’s fans are children. And children are stupid. They’re not emotionally mature enough to fully grasp nuance or context. They see Jacksepticeye criticizing his actions while also voicing support, and all they understand is “Jacksepticeye talked shit about Pewdiepie.” They can’t see how

The comic is not about banning people from saying things, it’s about how people hide behind the First Amendment to avoid criticism and complain when they get kicked off [INSERT PLATFORM HERE].

Well, it’s a good reminder as to what, exactly, “freedom of speech” means and that it is a protection from government, not individuals or companies. Granted, it’s about American laws, not Japanese, and content restrictions are a bit of a gray area as far as censorship goes.
