No. Google Play Music provides the locker for free, even if you subscribe to nothing.

iTunes Match is not free. Google’s locker is.

Alissa, I must admit that I have grown tired of your constant reporting on the California drought. However this is a fantastically written and fair piece on a very complex issue. I enjoyed reading it, well done.

I run Blue Iris on a home Windows “server” (old computer that runs 24/7, that runs Plex, sabnzbd, some VMs, etc). Blue Iris is an amazing program that will talk to almost any IP camera that will expose the video stream over the network (it will not work with locked-down cameras like dropcam/nest). For this I use 4

Go Pack!

Look into Blue Iris. $49 lifetime license and it is compatible with virtually every IP camera. I currently use it to manage 8 cameras that record to disk. I then upload nightly to Google Drive, but you can skip that part if privacy is important :)

Meanwhile my 8 home security cameras (that all cost less than $199 each and have as many or more features) upload all 720P clips to my unlimited Google Drive account nightly, for $10/mo. Not a measly 30 days like Nest, over 8 months and 2.1TB worth so far.

Started searching for a home my senior year and closed on one the day I graduated college. I had the down payment from working some great summer and part-time internships through school and saving like mad. I am saving hundreds a month over renting, thousands a year, and a larger and larger portion of that monthly

and end up paying twice what their original principle loans were worth.

The government and taxpayers have NO RESPONSIBILITY for these loans.

While I agree students should only get the tuition reimbursed and nothing else, if you get a loan for a car the bank does due diligence and wants the VIN and other info on the car to ensure it is a good loan. Due diligence is something the good ol gov’t that was just trying to throw money at everyone for everything,

If the loans were not underwritten by the government, I would agree with you 100%. However, those that we elected decided to underwrite these loans for a fraudulent institution, and therefore the government is somewhat responsible, and even though the students impacted were likely not the brightest lightbulb in the

1. Yes.

No fraud there.

The schools owned by this company were apparently super fraudy, like Nigerian Prince emailing you to come to their school and you get 3 wishes from a genie when you graduate, fraudy. Stories of classes that never had “teachers” assigned, or where movies were watched constantly, actual assignments never assigned,

Only fucked up if you went to a school owned by Corinthian, they’re the only ones (so far) accused of extensive fraud. Did you?

Don’t buy them. Make them move to another state, hurting the CA economy, i guess, but oh well. Or at least change their labels, because since when is being from CA an exceptional thing?

Patently False. In all 50 states the limit is 0.08%

Trains every day sound about as fun as living with DSL :(
