Somebody mentioned this so I can’t take credit but...why does Yungoos/Gumshoos not get the move Trump Card? Is it too on the nose?

Fantastic mouse for sure, it’s served me well for the last few years. Although I’m still on the hunt for the discontinued MX Revolution that won’t break my wallet (it has a thumb scroll wheel but is otherwise the same design).

In that case it’s not too bad! Had to do something similar when trying to catch Rayquaza in Omega Ruby. But I still personally think it’s moot SR’ing when it’s all-around better and more controlled to breed egg moves and IVs with Hidden Abilities on the starters.

I always SR’d for a decent nature only because the competitive versions of starter Pokemon almost always require Hidden Ability (thus requiring game completion), but if this is the case, I’ll just SR so I can have one of each starter. I can’t imagine the tedium of literally starting from the beginning each time.

Are 3DS games compatible with the Switch? Come to think of it, are the cartridge dimensions the same?

It looks like a malformed Cactuar plushie! But looks comfortable too, hmm...

I completely agree. Some people use shinies for competitive reasons...e.g. time-scamming because sending out a shiny Pokemon takes an extra couple of seconds out of the 30 min limit, or a shiny could be visually distracting. Not fair for the people who invested the time to procure a legally obtained shiny.

They’ve slightly tweaked older generation Pokemon in seemingly minor but potentially game-changing ways...it’s gonna be fun watching the new metagame form. The only downside is that once you Pokebank a Gen 6 Pokemon to Gen 7, it can never go back because of the new movesets, abilities and stat changes.

you were saying?

There must be a misunderstanding, we were talking about Long Reach not triggering King’s Shield Atk down and Spiky Shield damage. But Incineroar not having Sucker Punch does seem kinda suspect (unless it’s an aesthetic thing, he’s a babyface and not a heel, therefore he fights fair).

No worries, I don’t like fire types tbh. Poison is where it’s at, Salazzle looks like it’d fit with a mono team (2x ground weaknesses notwithstanding)

Don’t forget Spiky Shield and Kings’s Shield! I think this generation is meant to counteract last generation’s Pokemon. Even one of the guardians have an ability that prevents priority. I like the reduced emphasis on speed. That said I’m pretty sure Decidueye gets Shadow Sneak and Incineroar gets Sucker Punch (I don’t

There’s just something satisfying about cleaning something old, like when I take apart my older systems and clean the dust out.

Stool late, his appeal won’t fly and he lost the public’s trust

Is Dale pinoy? Pinoy chefs always make the good shit. I will have to visit next week when I go to NY as well as check out Maharlika for their crispy pata.

One of my favorite games from the PS1 era. I like 1 and 2 equally for different reasons. I played the first one so much I ended up with 2 junk weapons! That’s 600 pieces of junk and a lot of dead bats! It made the Chrysler Building a breeze.

We still don’t know what their hidden abilities are. That’s where the real (competitive) fun begins imo. I’m gonna take a wild guess and say Decidueye’s is Levitate, Incineroar’s is Moxie and Primarina’s is Swift Swim.

Now we know what Bishop wants for Christmas

How about Piggy Poopballs on a tee for the boss you love (hate)

Did he mention if it was comfortable for half a controller or assembled as a whole? Because the half controller looks pretty small (I would imagine close to the dimensions of a Wii controller on its side)
