Great news, Patricia! Thanks for the story. I absolutely loved Eternal Darkness (one of the best games out for the GC). Loved the atmosphere and fighting mechanics, as well as the spell mechanics. Played it through 4 times, then loaned the GC and game out to a friend who thought it was great too.
