I get a solid 8 hours of sleep a night because I work one job, have no children, and I make sleep a priority. I suppose that is a privilege. I read Beeradvocate. But a lot of people, even beer snobs, don't like a lot of hops. I prefer pilsners. I think a lot of IPAs, including Dogfish's, are so overhopped that they scorch your palate. It's very subjective, obviously.
