after countless articles on this site about how the IMS bearing isnt really a problem anymore -.- facepalm

Stef,

PDK is a game changer on track, at our local raceway the main straight is an ex NASCAR bank, so no matter which way you run around it, the biggest braking zone involves turning in down off the apron, while braking, steering, trying not to destroy your splitter, and then having to worry about coming from 5th back to

The standard gt4 does feel pretty regular compared to one you put a few racier components on, to fix the screwed up factory suspension. The red one here pictured is one we sponsor a bit through my shop, and have found seconds a lap just by getting rid of some of the concessions the factory made to save a few dollars /

My vote was for Arena Red too! Now I get to drive her every day!

I was having a chat to a buddy of mine at a Houston exotics show last saturday. This buddy of mine happened to pull of a class win at the 24 of Daytona and came second overall in a gt1 evo, and he is also of the opinion that the gt1 is not nearly as insane as the gt2 evo he also raced during those years.

Thanks, its a labour of love and it means a lot for people to appreciate the work.

The jobs I was offered weren’t my cup of tea, I had no desire to work in a dealership model, busting my ass for 15 bucks an hour and having to flat rate the hell out of customers to pay my rent. Instead when I graduated from UTI and then the Mercedes Benz course I started up my own shop doing what I know and love. www.

UTI is what the individual student makes of it. Just because you’ve run into the idiots that never paid attention to anything and just want to make hella fast mustangs while stripping oil plugs at Jiffy lube, doesn’t mean the local Gold Certified Porsche tech Didn’t go through UTI’s Porsche Academy.

haha

The correct aussie slur for a yank is ‘seppo’

A tiptronic Porsche 997 turbo has 3 radiators, 2 condensors, 2 oil to water heat exchangers, 1 ATF to water heat exchanger, a fuel return line to refrigerant heat exchanger, and two intercoolers for the turbos.

Porsche Design is a separate company with a pretty reputable history of its own.

By having a long commute with the garage in the middle and changing cars twice a day! you would if you could! and also by giving them to his friends to borrow, and by having a large family that drive them all.

Given that Rudy is a friend of mine I should probably point out to you that Rudy is the first to sell one of his cars at or below market to help another Houstonian get the aircooled car of their dreams.

“IF YOU WANT A NEW AUDI R8 THIS IS THE CAR 4 U, WILL BEAT ANY BUGATTI THAT COMES YOUR WAY EVERYONE WILL KNOW HOW AWESOME U R”

Amen, Even Porsche got his critical start in the Austro-Hungarian empire.

Except you know, that the Austro-Hungarian empire was pretty much the hotbed of very early automotive development.

Amazing

At this point, why even bother having a hood?
