Nor were there any 6 speed Turbo S’ made. The Turbo S was a 997.2 only, so It had the later DFI engine and PDK only. The only watercooled Turbo S made with a 6 spd was the 2005 996. They only ever made 600 of them worldwide (coupes, cabs dont count) so they’re some of the rarest 911’s ever.
Surely, this, or the original article he was replicating.
What kind of car?
In the Porsche world, and when I do PPI’s for clients on potential buys, we do whats called a DME printout. It is basically a snapshot of the computers memory, when the check engine lights have been on (if applicable 96’ and newer), what faults are current and pending, and most importantly, Over rev reports to tell us…
Try telling that to the Clients of mine buying older aircooled (ahem oil cooled) Porsches. They buy garage queens that leak like a sieve because the previous owners never drove them enough to keep all the seals good. The only dry ones are the comparatively ‘beat up’ daily drivers that often have their share of issues…
would sound better if the owner put a sweet K&N intake kit on it,
try the bmw germany site, then you’ll realise that in fact the United states get the metaphorical any flavour you want as long as its double chocolate of cars, only the higher end models and none of all the really cool unique choices you can get elsewhere
amen
Our local Porsche Dealers literally had a 6 month waiting list before the first one even made it to US shores, there is a good chance they were telling the truth.
Except there is actually three separate starbucks locations on that corner of Shepherd and West Grey, one is located in the carpark of a barnes and noble that also has a starbucks in it.
