Exactly This.

That helps, upto a point.

Personally I’ve found opening new credit cards to be the most reliable means of decreasing your overall utilization, especially if you open them across different banks.

Not what I had in mind for IT Part 2.

Personally if you asked me in 2010 if I was willing to store my card details on a taxi app, I would have refused. What if the ride was half as expensive? That helps.

The point I took from that comparison was - there will be a fairly large period of time before a company operating on a global scale becomes profitable.

The gig economy is not about being a full time job.

Declining a ride when in logged into the Lyft app is the corporate equivalent of voluntarily showing up in an office, picking up the first phone from a client and then choosing to put the phone down and walking out of the office.

Drivers/ driving is not the only product here.

On the other hand, in sales / finance roles, showing up late to a client meeting can get you fired. Thus it’s the legal definitions which matter.

Acceptance rate only applies if the driver is logged into their platform. Doing that is the equivalent of walking into my office. If I do that, I need to abide by the rules set by management.

No shopping cart

Or, launch it to orbit like Musk did with all those Roadsters crowding up his driveway.

They make for good parking lot self-defense. Stab with your keys and slash with your card.

Its not about 'defending' them. Buying an airline ticket means you agree to a specific contract with them. If you break the rules, they are in their legal rights to take action as laid down in the contract.

Wish they’d announce some ideas about how they plan to reduce their cancellations, instead of this deflection marketing.

Somebody had a long day.

Context is everything. You'll be missing out on a fine piece of original screenplay, a rarity in 2019.

Firstly an extra couple of dollars means you aren’t doing it right. Check your monthly expenses and multiply it by 2% at the very minimum.
