A new turbo at 100k isn't a good example of a reliable car. I'm the original owner of my car and I'm starting to get tired of the little issues. I can't imagine buying a used one and how much of a nightmare it could be if it was heavily modified. Never did 29 mpg usually end up at 23 at best.

A new turbo at 150k? I'll walk away from the WRX before the next set of brake pads/rotors, coolant-diff-transmission change, spark plugs and timing belt and hopefully by then into an M5 or a 550i. If I want to drive the car to the very end I would probably purchase a NA car.

That is why my WRX only has Hellatones and a Swaybar kit cause I know I'll be selling it in the next 4 years or before it hits 100k

Chevy SSR. Why does it exist?

Turning off the engine will cause loss of power steering and brake assist so if there were an emergency it would be more difficult to avoid. Great they are saving the environment but I sure hope this is not standard practice amongst hyper milers.

Really turning off the engine when going downhill? Ridiculous and dangerous all to save a few pennies at the expense of others.

12.5 year loan!

You mean California?

The system is already rear biased. Lose a bit of traction in the front along with DCCD setup why wouldn't it work?

Hows the interior compared to a 15 WRX? I've driven a rental Focus and Fiestas and the interior is cheap but it's much better than my 09 WRX which rattles and rattles and did I mention rattles.

Have any actual figures (residual numbers etc) or have you done it yourself? Don't see any specials on the vehicle and upon initial research on Truecar pricing is only $2000 off on a $50000 car which isn't much.

DCCD allows you to adjust the power to the rear wheels in this case making it easier to drift.

Thanks for the link. I'll look into this.

Good idea but Wrangler's are very hard to negotiate on pricing since they are in high demand. Would also like to have a manual one which has a lower overall demand = lower resale value. But I'll look into it.

Any recommendations on current leases that have the potential to be upside at the moment? I have heard those in these type of situations just trade in their vehicles to carmax and pocket the difference.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get all this piping custom made or possibly modified from leftover Gallardo headers and etc.

"Went in a with a limp-mode 07 335i (notorious for certain turbo/pump-related issues) in 2013 (far past any warranty expiration dates) expecting to spend a great deal of money on repairs only to be told that they are replacing both the LP and HP fuel pumps for free as a courtesy. I never asked any questions and went

Base Manual M3 with a good sound system. Can't get the M4 because the name is pure nonsense.

1 hour to connect from domestic to international flight of the same airline within the same terminal! Had to take a bus to the front door of the terminal (heavy traffic) to go through immigration and 6 security checks!
