I have to agree. I looked at a Veyron Grand Sport at the dealership in London for awhile. It’s a truly impressive machine, but I got the feeling that it was built for roads that don’t exist.

Yeah, but the thing is, he *selected* the shop *because* they didn’t know what they were doing. All the shops that were honest, the shops that knew what they were getting into, didn’t get his business.

I hate to say it, but the whole BoP concept pretty much makes a farce out of racing. If BoP was perfect, then all the cars would be exactly matched, which means that they may as well just drive identical cars.

Put it this way, we have more options than anyone ever had in the past. We have all of automotive history to choose from. Well, except for the stuff that is now insanely expensive.

That was my point - that the center diff can be manually locked. I wasn’t trying to say that the STI can run in FWD only mode, because that wasn’t what he asked for in his comment.

The STI can do that.
