That appears to be a 6 lane highway to me. There are 3 lanes in each direction, that makes 6.

Below you will find a 4 lane highway.

I assumed that the “two lanes on the other side” would eventually be restored to 3 lanes when construction ended. It does look like they “narrowed” that side for construction.

Really? Where? Are they 2 lanes going one direction and a single lane going the other?

Wanted to watch the video because I had never seen a 3 lane highway.
