I ended up with a 1987 Elite scooter and a broken laptop screen.

It looks low rent compared to most Nissans.

As a S550 Mustang owner, I am excited for this. Everyone is freaking out because they see Mustang and Electric together but dont see that its just a styled inspiration. Most act like the regular Mustang is just going to disappear which is not the case, there is nothing wrong with more options.

I think this really is what comes with any open book financing for a company and its employees. I have guys who will constantly complain that I pay them $20/hr and yet bill their work for $120/hr. They like to complain that I am making $100/hr by doing nothing....and then I tell them it costs me about $40/hr for them

Please explain to this old Libertarian why young American blood should be spilled for this cause.

I get where you are coming from, but they are different vehicles.

I had this exact interior in my 16 F150 and I didn’t mind it.  I leased the XL which is the BASE model.  It was a work truck, I didn’t need big screens or anything fancy, this is why I bought a base model  Not every car has to have the best of the best, this is why there are different levels of vehicles.  The interior

To recap:

Is it unique and cool in some way? Sure. Is it remotely reasonable to consider as a reliable, relatively affordable year-round daily driver? Not a chance.

If he just wants a cool hobby car to start conversation and drive to the airport once in a while, great, but that’s not at all what he asked for.

I mean, couldn’t *one* of you have given him a reasonable answer?  The only non-troll answer is the Acadia, and he literally said he had no use for an SUV.  I get that there’s a comedy element, but I thought there were supposed to be a few helpful suggestions?

By all means, change the business model. The direct effect of that will be the immediate end of both companies.  As always, the virus of unionism sucks the blood out of the host until it collapses.  The virus kills the host.

From the article:

And this people is why we cant have nice things. When it started Uber was a side gig for people that already have jobs to make a few bucks on the side. Then a bunch of people decided to do it full time and bitch about how the system doesn’t work as they assume it should. Uber/Lyft didnt do anything to discourage this

So instead of being the “American version of BMW,” as the story says, this time Cadillac will be GM’s version of Tesla. Maybe this reboot will take, who knows.

Thank god we don’t live in a better civilization.

So,

And even if that’s true, who cares?

The Clarkson act is getting old, isn’t it? As if a “journalist” can’t figure out why these are attractive and aspirational to people who actually do things outside of congested cities.

On this day in 1971, Apollo 15 astronauts road the lunar rover for the first time. It was an electric car, of course.
