A few weeks ago, there was an article posted either on Lifehacker or Gizmodo that featured an application to change your PC's wallpaper. It could allow you to tweak a lot more options than the built-in program included with Windows 7. Can anybody link me to that article? I've been searching for it with no success.

You can just use the Tor network, change your proxy settings on your normal browser and you're set.

You can just sync your gmail contacts to your address book and use quicksilver to quickly browse throught your contacts.
