I prefer “the Fanta Menace”

If only I could give extra stars for Cheetolini.

His education and the reputations of his parents are what got SBF in the room with monied people. His perverse obsession with promoting his superiority led to the arrogance Wall Street loves to hand money to. Ellison is just another example of paper education that didn’t teach an ounce of deductive reasoning.

The Repub Party...formerly all gung-ho for the military (not anymore), completely anti-Commie (not these Putin ass-kissers), and for less government on people’s backs (not these big gov anti-women’s-free-choice Donald-nazis) and now they’re the exact opposite.

I need this gif, it expresses things I have difficulty putting into words.

This.

I have a feeling this line, “average new hires will earn six-figure salaries by their 4th year.” Is not hard salary, but total benefits package value. $100k salary on a 40 hour work week is $48/hour. I don’t think you are going from $21/hour to $48/hour in 4 years.

The 170k you are thinking of is UPS (not Fedex which pays way less), and that’s not the take home pay. That’s the value of all of the benefits, and it’s also the top of the payscale. Actual UPS seasoned UPS drivers pay is around $100k.

New car buyers probably do adhere closely to that rule. It’s just that new car buyers also have household incomes many multiples of the median. Something like 29% of the entire income earned by Americans is earned by the top 8% of households. Meaning, that other 71% had to be shared among the other 92% of people.

Name one time when you’ve seen a pro-choice argument actually sway one of these pro-life lunatics, aside from the time they get pregnant themselves and decide they get an exception.

THANK YOU, Whoopie.  I am so tired of the media holding up hacks like Mace as “responsible moderates.”  She does NOTHING to stop the Gaetzes and Boeberts of Congress from screwing up legislation and supports the worst kind of obfuscation.

Whoopi could have told her that it’s actually because of Republicans that democrats are no longer pushing for a safe gestational limit. Because if the system worked as intended, like in California or NY, you’d have a limit set at 24 weeks, with the understanding that this limit can be extended in case of medical

Over and over again we remind people that the pro-life “argument” relies wholly upon gish gallop - they throw nonsensical data about how/when they believe abortions to be performed, you point out it’s bullshit, they then shift to a different tactic.

This is why there is no engaging with ANY pro-life person, moderate

To be fair that’s a generalized reading of what they said. Roe was argued under the right to privacy, because despite organ and tissue donation being voluntary, there actually ISN’T a right to bodily autonomy in the Constitution. A conservative justice can easily pick apart the right to privacy argument on a federal

I suspect most of the babies murdered in the 60 or so years after they are born are killed by Republicans with guns.

Mace has long called for a nonexistent “middle ground” on abortion

The BS about babies being murdered after they’re born HAS to be addressed every time it’s brought up. It would be laughable if it weren’t so infuriating. GOP members say it in speeches, press conferences, interviews, and it never gets disputed. As for Nancy Mace-she’s about to get married for the third time-right up

But they do actually cause increases in congestion, even Uber and Lyft will admit that. They have made traffic worse.

Biking in a Michigan winter sounds fun.
