@Sprzout: Inertial scrolling is exactly like the iPhone, it measures the momentum of the "fling" when you scroll. Three finger dragging just lets you easily drag windows around with three fingers down. All the options can be disabled in system prefs anyway after you install.

@OGHowie: Same here, I already got a case (3rd party unfortunately), I suspect there are plenty of stupid people on eBay who will pay for a case they could otherwise get free
