I am sending someone almost $15k. Its just the gov’t vs. someone who actually needs it. One can argue its just a pass though to people who are getting a cut but the tax cuts are not revenue neutral.

I have never been in a message board flame war before when someone provides partial facts and assumes they are correct when they are not. Nothing like resorting to name calling when someone has an alternative point of view and and facts and then tells me to move because houses are expensive here.
I would love to know what the definition of “shitty” is and who would make the guidelines? You? Me? The religious right? The Anti-Vaxxers? Talk about a colossal shit show.
you would be incorrect - income level is irrelevant when compared with cost of living.
Not when you factor in cost of living near big cities. A 600K house in fairfield, CT is not as nice as a 250k house in Rochester, NY. I hear your point but the loss of deductions matter. Trust me, people who own 500k-700k houses here in CT are squarely in the middle class.
I live in CT. I ran the numbers based on flat income with last year and as currently proposed I will take a $10-15k hit. This will come directly out of the economy as I will spend less next year.
YES!!!!! I am in the top 12% for next year. Woo Hoo.
Lets see; JFK Jr., Joe DiMaggio, Andrew Carnegie, Christina Applegate and Ricardo Montalban...
+1 cleaning breakfast off of computer monitor. Also sorry.
Pshaw, that old tire retailer has been on fire for years... Clearly you have never been to Springfield.
Only going to get worse now - EVERYWHERE
It would be transformative to the entire state considering GE’s and Aetna’s departure.
I thought if Amazon was serious about helping a local economy in need and doing some social good (not sure they are at all but let me live in a Mr. Smith Goes to Washington fantasy Moment)...
well I guarantee you one thing, “thousands and thousands of people will be cheering” in New Jersey...
The last few weeks have been brutal. Love them or hate them, losing guys like Rodgers, Beckman, Watt, Edelman, Cook etc. so early in the season makes the product suffer that much more.
I love the music in this trailer. Reminds of the great scene in Interstellar with the organ music.
Note: I did not mean “you”. I meant society as a whole.
I live in CT and if the state and local tax deductions are removed (assuming brackets stay the same) my taxes will go up over $30,000. (I do very well, I am not complaining)
