Every professional athlete has a charity or donates to charity. That’s meaningless, and cannot possibly be touted as “something positive”. This motherfucker just bought a multi-million dollar car. I doubt he’s ever given anywhere close to that as a charitable donation.

Well done as always, but I have to say, not allowing police officers to carry guns would be preposterous. Unless you plan to have the army deployed every time an armed criminal is out there, that just wouldn’t work.

I thought it was so perfect that they set the kid up to finally get the girl, he proceeds to get totally owned, and they don’t touch that part of the plot again. It just made sense.

I was amazed with how much screen time Bradley Cooper had in this show. Arguably the biggest star in the cast, and I think he was in every episode.

I feel ya, but his character was fairly bland as it is, and I think that’s kind of what he does best. I liked Bored to Death, he was fine in that.

Movie, 100%. A good number of the jokes in the show are sort of callbacks to the movie, and it helps to dip your toes into the water with Wain/Showalter’s humor in the movie before you dive in deep with the show.

I was the commish in 3 (!) different leagues last season. I must be a masochist. However, I’ve found that the following things are true and useful no matter what league you’re in:
