My dad has had a string of Buicks that all ended up with slipping transmissions around 180k miles. The 3.1 in a 96 regal also had the coil packs start to fail... But it’s consistently been transmission issues for him... He buys them cheap and used and drives them til they die, so i guess it's not too bad.

I'd guess the transmission is headed out the door...

I’m guessing this is a Daihatsu; but since Toyota owns Daihatsu maybe that’s not such a bad thing anymore.

The state of franklin? Or the town? Lol

It’s a tiktok trend.

Taurus x and 500 maybe, I’m pretty sure the regal is a whole different ballgame.

Flying a Mooney one night from Tennessee to Florida, we were right at max weight. During the preflight and run-up everything went perfectly. On takeoff, however, we didn’t accelerate as fast as expected with the variable speed prop barely hitting 2400 roms and barely cleared the trees. We checked the airport twice and

Lol touché. It’s probably one of those things that makes perfect sense when you write it because you know exactly what you’re trying to say; but only when somebody proofreads it, and questions your meaning, can you see how awful your (my) writing actually is.

My guess is that the tires are newish right now and the timing belt was done at 22k.

The problem is that they are not partners like nissan and Mitsubishi than the same company like gm and subsidiaries.

My 2013 Kia Sorento will show that the hatch is open and a separate light will show a door is open, but not which one.

Many localities subcontract the kid delivery service. I friend in Montana told me that's how her school operates. I know in NE Tennessee that's how we do things.

Every time a new episode airs, I tell my wife, “I got dibs on the TV Friday night. And she asks, “Do this three old idiots have a new episode?” Then my absolutely-not-intereste-in-cars-in-any-way wife sits down on Friday night and watches them with me and laughs at their stupidity.

It’d actually be more like paying for a hellcat and getting a 13.5 gallon tank instead of a 15 gallon tank. Sure it sucks but it ain’t gonna affect you most of the time.

I’m gonna reply here to give your comment a boost. This is too good not to be at the top.

Bought a house last year for 65. 3 small bedrooms and a large yard.
