This!!!! Fuckin’ this!!!!

“Ford Credit’s plan for EV leasing enables customers to replace their vehicles with the newest model at lease end while keeping the vehicle in the Ford network longer so Ford can better manage battery recycling and materials,”

you don’t physics much do you...

high sidewalls, low unsprung mass, soft shocks, springs and bushings make for a butter smooth ride.

Wow, your comment history belies what a racist shithead you are.

Well aren’t you a piece of shit.

Not to the point of being unusable, it’s literally unusable, and if anything, fucking dangerous.

Toyota’s have become my least favorite rental because of their infotainment system.

It’s the ‘70 Plymouth Road Runner Superbird’s “rudder” decal:

At some point in the not too distant future, the survival of the company will depend on ejecting the Chief Crackpot from day-to-day operations.

The proper response to this is actually a Lexus RX350 hybrid. If you don’t care about driving dynamics -- as somebody who hasn’t driven in 9 years almost certainly doesn’t -- there’s no more comfortable car with plenty of space and every conceivable type of driver assist. I didn’t want to like my wife’s RX350, but

the US are the only ones who saw it as any kind of fashion accessory/lifestyle vehicle.”

This. The 90s Defender is basically considered a tractor in the rest of the world - the US are the only ones who saw it as any kind of fashion accessory/lifestyle vehicle.

Exactly. Growing up, they were literally rusty old farm vehicles, and some were used by the RNLI (Lifeguards) and AA (like AAA) until they switched to more reliable Isuzu, Toyota pick-ups etc.

It’s not like the Original Defender is that great of a car anyway. Everytime I ride in one I get the same overwhelming impression - what a charming piece of crap.

As a Brit, I find it almost amusing that people laud over the original Defender, often paying well over $100k+ for an average example. The new one is actually pretty capable, looks fine, and certainly stands out in an ocean of egg-shaped crossovers.

Dozens more.

Nobody is worried about looking like they have too much money these days by driving a luxury car. This worked with the Phaeton at a time when people would go for the econo badge with burl wood. Audi is the car for the boring 40+ with a stable job.

I like the Arteon, as the previous owner of a CC R-Line, it’s right up my alley. That being said, it’s priced too close to it’s Audi cousins and a whole slew of more popular vehicles of all types in that price point.

It’s why buses work :)

The less you drive, the less you spend on gas. The more you spread out the cost of gas per mile to others, the more efficient you become.
