Happy (early) Halloween! Yesterday we had a veritable Halloween marathon, attending 5 parties/trick or treating shindigs. BB-Amy was there and was a hit! So how’s your Halloween weekend going?

I think the only way a cooking surface (not counting a grill) is able to add flavor to a food is if you are doing something like Korean BBQ or like a diner might do, mainly, before cooking begins you put something flavorful on the hot surface.
