I always get apprehensive about the plane crashing, so I tell myself that if I still feel that way when I get to the airport I don’t have to get on. So far I have gotten on, and off, every flight.

Alabama is awesome, I moved here earlier this year. I love the tall trees and the water, everyone is friendly and polite, and that accent just knocks me out. It's not any crazier than Texas.

Sayonara Austin! It was the crowds that drove me out but I don’t miss that heat either. It will break around Halloween.
Trader Joe’s has some really good gluten-free bread over by the regular bread, not frozen. I feel you, I loved bread. Sometimes I browse my grocery store’so bakery just for the smells - and I stopped gluten nearly 4 years ago.

There is a cat calming spray called Nature’s Miracle made from plant extracts. We drove 2 dogs and 2 cats 3 states over, and the cats were quiet for 14 hours. Not always sleeping but calm. When we got here they had a snack and a poop and explored the house instead of hiding. It costs like $8 on Amazon, so worth it.
I have also heard it as a substitute for “bullshit.”

Just stop smoking. Change what you drink (I went from beer to whiskey) so you don’t have that association. Remind yourself it’s a choice you’re making, so keep carrying cigs but don’t smoke them. It gets a little better each day until one day you put the cigarettes on the porch, and a little later you throw them out.
