I lived north of Davis when this happened. After Sergeant Pepper (as I have come to call him) got doxxed by 4chan, I realized that I rode past his apartment almost everyday when I would go into Davis to work.

It was unprovoked. The kids were sitting there not moving and cooperating. This cop just decided to say “screw it” and walked by and nonchalantly sprayed these kids. If you have never been sprayed with pepper spray, you probably wouldn’t understand that this could constitute assault.

Why didn’t you just say “La Niña” up front? It’s not a new term, and “Anti-El Niño” sounds incredibly dumb—whoever came up with that term should be slapped. Open-palm.
