I'm suffering from the abysmal time from the tail end of February (President's Day) to Memorial Day, roughly three months, of not a damn work day off! Unlike Canada, which I think has a Holiday a month, I've had to suffer through three straight months without a three day weekend.

"Oh Stormy…Dear Stormy. You are so mercifully free of the ravages of intelligence."

"If I were recording music, I wouldn't mess around around with "Au clair de la lune". I would've started with "Hungry Like the Wolf", 8'oclock, day one!"

"You know how Russians are goofy for American jeans?".

"Hungry Like the Wolf" a possible BAD WOLF callreferenceback? Could've sworn that track was mid-80's, but it came out in 1982.

Will never happen, but a fan-man-boy can dream list of ahowrunners I'd love to see take over Who…

Keepcoolbutcare removes stick stuck up ass, declaims all previous disparaging comments about this season, for penance sucks Jupiter's sweaty cock, licks Juno's swarthy cunt, offers eternal gratitude to DeKnight et al, licks bittersweet tears from face, laments end of show that will reverberate through hallowed halls

"Now, when I say, "Who's da mastah?" you say, "Sho'nuff!".
Terrible film, unless you love cheesy 80's one liners; if so, it's utterly hirable.

Blood will rain, but alas, this is the end of cock raging. Hopefully Gannicus cock will be RAMPAGING, as death by cock is one of the few creative kills the Spartacus team hasn't shown yet.

Yeah, cuz the lying duplicitous owners who have been cooking the books, extorting cities for practically free, tax payer funded ballparks, who are already multi-millionaires when they purchase a team, who rake in millions from TV deals, they're the ones who deserve the money, right?

Greatest Moments, deep cut edition, as I've been cherry picking discs, and just finished S01 Disc.

Loved the Barca shoutout!  Who was that, as they had to have been around since season 1!?

While I liked the quiet, character building scenes, sort of dug the "arena" scenes, here's what I don't get; just last episode, Crixus and Spartcaus split, with Spartucs' stated reason being that he wants to get the children, women not named Saxa and Naevia, crippled and elderly to safety. And yet now there's time

Co-sign on digging Naevia a lot this episode. I didn't loathe her nearly as much as others, but this was, finally, a real moment of catharsis for her. Getting her groin slicing on Ashur was one thing, but that was personal revenge, and revenge isn't something to pin a changed gestalt upon. But here, this episode,

"My Cock Rages On". That's when I knew that Gods of the Arena would be a worthy follow up to Season 1.

I know it was different, and he wasn't part of the Games, but he did have an arena scene in season 2, episode 5, which, speaking of favorite things this show has done, ranks pretty high.

I figure that PONTYPOOL is too arty (read slow & talky) for the horror set, and too gory for the art house set, but still, that film warrants more of a cult than it's attained.

I'm with Nabin on this; it's a solid B picture, in both the grade and genre sense, that has aspirations of something so much more than the admittedly surprising plotting but is dragged down by it's fairly generic themes and story. Semi-spoilers to follow…

They never would have done that to an inflatable can of Duff!
