Yes that's what they've been doing, but they are typically godawful. They go a long way to show how really hard it can be to act.

It should be an anthology show with new characters every episode ( unless there's a two parter). It could be like the one chapter in Stephen King's The Stand: an overview of other people involved in the apocolypse and how they attempt to survive and ultimately do not.

Okay I said Episode 1 but this....this was so much more disappointing. You couldn't have handed a larger silver platter to a film maker.
