Does it take less energy/resources for me to rinse before the food is dry or for the dishwasher to blast after the food is dry? Does having the sensor cycle say “oh no, time to put the spurs on” everytime I run the dishwasher use more water, heat/electricity than me pre-rinsing my dishes? Not necessarily. Water wise,

The machine may run for less time and consume less water and energy, yes, but does it consume less water and energy than you’ve just expended rinsing the dishes? In the vast majority of cases, the answer is no.

Yes, but how much water is used to do it this way? How much energy (in heating said water, and the machine running longer)?

“You’ve had three days to see the movie”

Nobody is mad at people for talking about it, you fucking stooge, the point is you can talk about it in a discrete way so as not to spoil things for people who choose NOT to read about it until after they’ve seen it.

You can criticize it within the article without spoiling it for everyone in the title. Some of us have families and commitments and can’t get away on a given weekend to see a movie. Two or three weeks later, it’s understandable, not three days of within the movie’s release. Well over half the people that are going to

Or you could, and get this, not post spoiler filled article titles for movies that came out THREE DAYS AGO and then repost it to the sports board.

The movie’s just 3 days old, in America at least. No one’s asking for the article to be edited - just the title.

Once again, a black man discovers the Blues, but it’s white guys who make money off them.

Don’t feel too bad, MTV. An error like this...it’s not unusual. It happens every day. No matter what you say. You find it happens all the time.

As a Philadelphia Eagles fan, I’ve contemplated giving up bird watching also.

Irregardless? Is this real life? I really don’t mean to be a grammar nazi, but that’s about the lowest hanging fruit there is.

Does Slacker still have a free tier? I'm not much of a streaming-music guy but for a while it seemed like most of my friends had grouped around Slacker — IIRC they felt it was the most responsive to likes, dislikes, etc.
