Gwen, I’m really sorry to have to point this out, but I’d disappointed at how uncritical of a look at that report this is.

I’d like to point a few things:
-The “report” lists absolutely no data. The closest thing that they have to statistics is saying that “kale and spinach had 10 to 80 percent more residue by weight

Why not just give cash if you are giving an Amex gift card? It’s literally just like cash except you pay a fee for no reason. Except for very specific circumstances (gifting to someone you don’t want spending the money on drugs perhaps) I don’t see the advantage.

I’m a-going to raise tempering chocolate again. I’ve used mine to do so (at 110, mostly to blend in erythritol for very low carb chocolate) but would love to see someone else who is a better cook show if I’ve missed something.
