1st Gear -> I would think America is ready for a 3-banger as long its on the right car (ie. Ford Ka, Ford Fiesta, Honda Fit, Scion iQ, etc.). Not on a Ford Fusion.

-> Aw come on JT!!! Just put the Subie EJ25 2.5L Boxer from the 1999 Impreza 2.5GT! You'll have Porsche 930 (non-turbo) like performance and a burble sound of a tiny-V8. Plus it's reliable as the moon and gets good gas mileage to boot! And doesn't need 91-octanes! :)
