I’m surprised no one has mentioned truly keyless entry/lock. Every once in a while I’m in a rental that forces me to take out the key to push a button to unlock the door or worse, insert the key in the lock. Some Tesla drivers don’t even walk around with a key anymore.

But it was always stately. This...it's not

They only think about the guys that will use it for the first 3-4 years.

Also known as the car that will trick us into thinking the Mercedes dominance is over! I hope i’m wrong!

The announcement will be at the midtown hotel on the 21st. The car will be built in China. It will use radio or something of that sort that will allow it to navigate offroad as well.

I also like the fact that they’re so ashamed of their superdated dashes on anything but the new Vantage that they refuse to show them in shots.

2ndGear: Interesting that you claim being able to tow a Ford F150 uphill is no mean feat while ignoring that a Ford F150 should also be able to tow over 5k pounds downhill easily and yet did not manage to do so. The CyberTruck is ugly and i think it has the same market as people who bought the original Ridgeline but

Sup with the concave tires? I don’t think i’ve ever seen something like that before.

Yes. There’s an individual mode that allows you to individually turn Throttle response, suspension, steering quickness and sound on or off.

Yes. There’s an individual mode that allows you to turn everything off or on. I have everything up to 11 except suspension which is in Comfort.

There’s lag no matter which mode you’re in. The whole car lags. Push the window button, lag, touch door to unlock, lag.

I dont know why anyone would buy this over a Lexus LC500.

“Twenty percent of what we sell is hybrid or electric,” says Shift co-CEO Toby Russell.

This is normal and expected for all companies who have drivers who drive routes. UPS and Fedex also have dreams of usurping Google Maps. The USPS would do the same if they were competent....which they’re not.

This is true. In ‘14 when I was looking for a 435i in Manual. Dealer told me there was none available to test drive and they would have to move one across the US for me to purchase. Also told me how much manuals plummeted in value since no one was buying it. I just ended up ordering a new car built by BMW.

Wasnt LH44 slower on the softer tires during the race?

Wholeheartedly agree. This is too good to be a one-off. At the very least throw the masses a bone and put it in a video game.

I’ve been watching F1 all these years and i always thought Charlie was just a title for whoever the Race Director was at every location. RIP Charlie!

Another area Tesla failed to capitalize and will most likely pay for. Rimac is doing this in high end vehicles.
