Salespeople generally don’t know shit about their products. They don’t care, they’re not invested like techs who are obviously more likely to be enthusiasts.

Product knowledge is a distant #2 compared to the ability to close a sale.

It’s just cool to see in different places you know or recognize. Yeah, I don’t understand the hate expressed for certain places (such as the ENTIRE South) in so many articles here. I know that being biased against Southerners is one of the few “allowed” biases left (well, that and bias against overweight people), but come on, man. Give it a freaking rest.
