I’m afraid we aren’t quite to the point that a 500hp 4-banger is street driveable within OEM and emissions standards. Perhaps with a hybrid drivetrain, but then you’d be looking at a $60k STI. I wouldn’t expect the next gen STI to be much more powerful than the Ford.
