It has to be the AppleTV. They already have some third party app exceptions in there such as Netflix and MLB. The only reason I would buy a Roku over an Apple TV is that Roku already has an SDK for their Channel Store (aka third party App Store) that allows just about anyone to develop apps for the Roku.
