This weekend I was in a gondola in Telluride, CO (elevation: 9540 ft) and I was feeling so sick. Some guy that was riding with us tried to tell me that altitude sickness was a psychological problem. That was nice.

I've lived in Colorado for almost my entire life but I get crazy altitude sickness anytime I go to the mountains, even as a kid. Last year I was determined to climb one of our 14ers but only made it a little over half way because I would get winded after a few steps.
