@PsychoSuperman: That was brilliant! It was definitely funnier than anything I've heard on the Actual Top 10 list lately!

@junior ghoul: Actually, I think Giz generally does very positive coverage of Bill Gates. On the other hand, coverage of Steve Ballmer isn't exactly flattering at times...

And just when I thought my respect for him couldn't increase any further...

@eirrann: It's definitely an improvement, but I still can't believe that Facebook chat isn't included. Even though I don't use that feature as much as GTalk, it would be nice to have that option.

Kudos to you, Jason! Not only did you do the right thing and apologise for a mistake you made a long time ago, but you also did it on a very public forum.

@rathat: That functionality was also available through an app called "Where's My Droid?", but it's nice to see that Tasker is so highly configurable.

"Also, though the update, HTC Sync will allow HTC Desire users to sync their music with iTunes."

@OMG! British Dinosaur!: Yup, Microsoft's stock hasn't gotten any action in a while. It's just a reflection the dominance of its two main product lines, Windows and Office, in its revenues and profitability. Its newer divisions such as EAD do a lot for the company's image, but haven't exactly contributed too much to

@AndroidTeamStrike: Thanks for the info. How do I go about getting a custom edited config file? (Sorry if I sound ignorant, it's been a while since I gamed on my PC).

@darthtoad05001: Yup, I have a T61 as well. Other than the 200 unit limit part, does it run relatively smoothly?

On the other end of the spectrum, what's the worst graphics card I'll be able to run StarCraft II on? I have a 3 year old ThinkPad with an Nvidia NVS 140M and a netbook with an Intel 3150 and Broadcom Media Accelerator. Will I be able to run SC II on either of them?

Good to see that Ballmer isn't taking this lying down. I hope he's got SOMETHING in the works to take on the newly energised tablet market. Maybe it's a sign that he's considering reviving Courier / starting a new tablet division?

@quillaja: Yup, but shipping to my home country is fraught with complications, including a very high rate of customs duties.

@sickness: Alright, thanks for the heads up (x219c as well) !

@C3PA: I thought iPad was a weird name initially. PalmPad doesn't sound too bad. But BlackPad is just flat out ridiculous.

Wow, this is a really interesting idea. I think it could have done really well a few years ago when most smartphones lacked tethering capabilities. Today, it has a bit more of an uphill climb.

Is there still a way to get the current gen Kindle? I'm going to be in the US till the 23rd of August and I wanted to pick one up for a friend. The new Kindle's launch might complicate things.

From the videos, it seems that AMOLED and SLCD are fairly comparable in terms of display quality (not sure about HTC's claims of improved battery life, has any testing been done yet?), but SAMOLED pretty much trumps every other screen type in this test.
